Canadian/Chilean. Love art and music. I have been drawing for practically all of my life, however during the last decade, I have not done much artistically. I am hoping to change that.
Favourite Visual Artist
I enjoy everyone's work, from da Vinci to Picasso to Rembrandt to Chagall, if the art peaks my interest and imagination, you are worthy of praise.
Favourite Movies
Mostly Horror -Poltergeist, The Exorcist and Halloween are my all time faves. Argento's Suspiria is a very close second.
Favourite TV Shows
Three's Company, Survivor, The Amazing Race, Ink Masters
Favourite Bands / Musical Artists
ABBA, The Beatles, Latin folk, Ballads, Classical and some Theatre
Favourite Books
Horror, True-Crime, Biography - usually of Eva Perón :-), and History. I love to read up on historical figures and events.
Favourite Writers
Again, I love the horror genre so I will go with Stephen King, John Saul, and Clive Barker, although it has been years since I last read any of the works.
Favourite Games
I'm stuck in the 80's so Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man are my all-time faves.
Tools of the Trade
Pencils and more pencils. I do watercolours but I haven't done one in a very long long time. I have not done an oil painting in over 2 decades (yikes) but pencil, graphite, coloured pencils are my favorites tools right now.
Other Interests
Into music, love playing the piano, history, geography and Eva Perón.
I posted some of my recent art work last week after a very long absence, and I am overwhelmed by the gracious comments, and positive feedback. So I want to take this time to thank you all for the positive feedback, comments, Llama badges, etc, I truly appreciate every single one of them.
